We need to go back to the old fashion way of hiring the most qualified and get away from hiring whom ever checks the Diversity, Inclusive and Equity (D. I. E.) boxes. It has already been proven that doesn’t work. For example Our Vice President, Our Transportation Secretary, Our Press Secretary and what ever that was that was stealing luggage .
